About the Authors:
Dr Chris Williams is a Professor of Psychosocial Psychiatry and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. His main clinical and research interest is in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in particular, looking at ways of disseminating this approach more widely.
Ann McCreath is a Nurse and also an accredited practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She works with Chris Williams as a trainer and developer at Five Areas.
Eileen Johnston is a Community Dentist also with a special interest in child dental anxiety.
Caroline Campbell is a Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry with a special interest in child dental anxiety.
